TOM NALDER
Tom has over 22 years executive search experience within financial services. Prior to co-founding Langbourn Partners, Tom was a Senior Partner and head of the investment banking practice at a leading executive search boutique in London. He commenced his executive search career in 1998 joining a fledgling financial services recruitment consultancy which was one of the few successful firms to IPO. Tom has successfully originated and executed over 450 searches for leading investment banks, boutiques and private equity houses across all sectors. In addition, Tom often advises clients during the planning stage of senior assignments (including team builds/moves) providing detailed market intelligence and insight. Prior to commencing his career in financial services, Tom spent two and half years at Bonhams Auctioneers following his degree in Fine Art. Tom is a Liveryman of The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths’

David is the Founder and Managing Director of Davenport Bernard Consulting.
He has well over 20 year's of financial services executive search experience and focuses on functional CXO mandates as well as and building digital leadership management teams. His clients span a wide spectrum of businesses including, high growth financial, regulatory and risk technology companies, commodities trading, mid-market specialist and complex, international wholesale and consumer banks.
His portfolio of work focuses on UK/Europe and South East Asia markets (Hong Kong and Singapore specifically). He has also completed countless assignments across Middle-East, Asia Pacific, North America and broader emerging markets geographies including Russia CIS.
Prior to founding Davenport Bernard Consulting in 2020, he built successful practices for global, listed and boutique executive search firms serving the financial services industry as well as built and maintained global enterprise level relationships.
David prides himself on offering total transparency and places equal importance to candidates and clients.
